How do I move a ticket from one ticketing application to another?
A ticket was assigned to a Department's Ticketing application but was determined that it was required to go to the General Help Desk ticketing application. How and is there a way to move the ticket from one application that it was created in to a different application to be assigned to a resource that would handle those tickets?

Hello Dana,
In order to move a ticket to another application you must have access to the destination application on your own user account. Also, your ticketing application security role (for the app that the ticket currently exists in) must have the permission to move tickets to other ticketing applications active.
