Ticket Report - resource

Can you run a report that shows all tickets I'm listed as a resource on, not just responsible for? I see that for projects, but not tickets.

Hello Tanya,

Sure this is possible, though you are better served for now directing these types of questions towards your implementation consultant via an Issue on your implementation project.

The short answer is a ticket report can report on both responsibility of the ticket or tasks on that ticket *and* it can report on tickets where you are a contact on the ticket. These are both filtering options available on a custom ticket report.
