Hide/archive Incident Form and Service Request form and Admin access

1.  Am I able to Hide or Archive the OOB "incident form" and "service request form" that comes with TDX?  We have all custom forms and we do not want anyone uses these to generic forms but inadvertently they to which then has to be cleaned up when auditing.

2.  Is there a way for a technician to have Admin access in Sandbox and different license in production?  IE.  I would like to be able to build/test forms and create workflows instead of waiting for our system admin.  Previously I was told that a user's access has to be identical in sandbox and production.  So I am wondering if this has been changed with the new licensing or if this is expected to change soon?

Hello Amy,

If you created another form for the Incident and Service Request classifications that you wanted to designate as the defaults you could do that then get rid of those.

To designate another default form for each ticket classification you just go to the TDAdmin area of that ticketing app, go to the Forms page, then click the "Configure Defaults" button at the top of the page.
