Reassociate Forms

When you reassociate one form to a new one, what happens to any fields on the old form that are not matched with the new one?

Hello Mathew,

They will remain on any tickets that have values for those fields under the "Other Fields" area at the bottom of the ticket's Edit page.

If you wish for those fields to be added to the form you reassociated "to" then you'll have to add them manually to it.
