TDNext variables used in description?

I am wondering if there is a way to dynamically use enviornment variables when creating a ticket template? For instance, I would like a variable for "requestor" that when a ticket is created with that template the requestor is automatically filled in to properly address the person the ticket is to. Same for "responsible" that would function like a signature when sending the ticket.

Ex:
DESCRIPTION:

$[requestor],
An agent initiated scan has detected vulnerabilities in your system. Please contact your local support for remediation.

Thank you,
$[responsible]

Hello Travis,

Are you meaning this should be a feature as you are interacting with ticket creation in TDNext or the Client Portal?

Or can you clarify how you are wishing to utilize these variables a bit further?
