Is it possible to freeze a report column header at the top of the screen?
Is it possible to freeze a report column header at the top of the screen so when you scroll down on a list of tickets, the heading stays at the top of the screen? I know that we can change the setting to show fewer tickets per page, but we would like to show 50 tickets and scroll down the list while maintaining the heading row.

Unfortunately this is not an option at this time, but I would encourage you to use our Product Enhancement service to submit this as an enhancement idea.
