Global searches
How do I save a search within a ticketing application as 'Global'. When I save a search, it doesn't give me the option to make it Global.

Hi Joe,
To have the Searches be Global, there is a setting in the Ticketing application's security role. You'd want to confirm on that Role, this setting is marked.
Once marked, sign out and sign back into TeamDynamix and you'll be able to save sarches as Global.
