Profile Picture: not updating?

We are trying to add our profile pictures and it doesn't seem to be working. Is there a bug or (more likely) are we missing something in this process? We are within parameters as shown in the yellow box in the section. We tried logging off and closing the browser in case this user setting only applied when getting into TDX.

In v10.3 TDNext,

Select name > "my profile" link > [edit] button > [browse...] button > (select file) > [save] button

Message says, "Changes saved" but it doesn't seem to be.

This seems to be buggy potentially. I'll create a ticket for you to track this so it can be sent to Engineering.
