Email Monitoring run interval
Is it possible to lower the 'run interval' for email monitoring to less than 5 minutes? We are starting to use this and what happens is that people send an email to us and then call us. However, the email hasn't created a ticket in TDX yet because the run interval is every 5 minutes. We would like it shorter to a minute.
In fact, we thought a nice enhancement would be to be able to set the monitor by time and day. For us, we only need the monitor to run from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm.

Hello Joe, it is not possible right now to reduce the run time any lower than 5 minutes, but that is a good request to have a run period. I don't know if it is technically possible to implement when performance is taken into consideration but you should definitely submit this.
