KCS: search history available? (No, not that one.)

There is search history available (TDClient > Knowledge Base > Search History) which gives search history only when searching from TDClient > Knowledge Base > Search. At our shop, as part of our KCS process, we have people search for answers using the main "search the client portal" search box at the top of the Client page. Is search history available for that field?

Hello Greg,

Yes it is, and it is available from that same KB > Search History page. What you'll need to do is change the component to "Consolidated" and you'll get results for all searches made to your Client Portal as a whole.
