Printable KB Articles

We'd like to print only the main content of a KB article, excluding the Feedback and sidebar information. Print output could be hard copy or as a PDF. Is there an easy way to do this?

Hi William,

Since you posted this as a ticket as well I'll send the same answer from that ticket for this question:

At this time TeamDynamix doesn't have a specific "Print" option for KB articles. This would have to be a feature that might need to be added.

You could instead try copying the content into a Word document and printing that out if a formatted version were needed. Otherwise the browser print option is the only available route to get KB content to print out currently.
