Service Request to Project Request Conversion & Reporting
Is there a way to report on tickets that are originally opened as Service requests that have been converted to Project Requests? I understand that the Service Request disappears after the conversion, but is there any residual data to report on? Example: How many service requests have turned into Project Requests this year?

Hello Bill,
Once a ticket is converted into a project request all information about that ticket is lost. The ticket reporting is not able to pull back any info on that ticket.
I agree this would be a helpful ability. You should submit that idea as an enhancement from our Submit a Product Idea service located on the Home page of this client portal.
