Any method to filter the feed


Is there any way to filter the feed on a ticket so that it will remove System messages?

On tickets with large workflows the flood of condition step messages makes it difficult to find the communications from individuals.  I'm not saying we don't want the System messages of course, it would just be nice if it was possible to hide them (either by default or on demand).

I figured I'd check if this was already possible before I submitted an enhancement request.

Hi Robert,

Currently the Feed does not have any sort of filtering mechanisms to help reduce the visibility of different types of messages. That sounds like a great idea though, and I would encourage you to submit it as a feature request so it can undergo the review process by our Product team!

Apparently this is still in the enhancement request queue. Just enabled a change workflow and seeing all of the system messages that we could do without. - David Cheang Thu 8/19/21 6:31 PM
