Markdown Support on Knowledge Base Articles
Does TeamDynamix support Markdown in Knowledge Base Articles or if not, when would this be supported?

Hello JoAnna,
At this time we do not support markdown in KB articles, however you can always suggest that as an enhancement idea. Just head over to the Home page of our portal here and use the Submit a Product Idea button to send that request in.
Our Product Management team will then review the idea and discuss the added value it would bring to the product to determine placement in a future version of TeamDynamix.
We would not be able to guarantee when or if that would be implemented into the software.

Hi,
I am wondering if this feature is available. We have a large number of KB articles in markdown format.
