Can profile lookups be disabled or Phone & Email be hidden on profile in Client Portal?

Is there a way to keep phone & email address information from displaying in the Client Portal when a profile is viewed from a ticket?  OR to have the links on Reviewer, Created, Last Modified By, Person updating the feed, etc, be not clickable to open user profiles?

Unchecking "View Ticket Request "Read By" and Profile Views in Client Portal" on the security roles helps a little by not displaying "Read By", but there is stil much visibility into the contact information on the ticket that it seems cannot be controlled.

Hello David,

It seems you have identified a good idea for an enhancement as there is not a way yet to restrict visibility into the fields displayed on a person's profile when viewed from a link on an article/service/feed entry in the Client Portal.

An enhancement can be entered as you know from the "Submit a Product Idea" button on our Home page.
