Create an Issue for Private Team

I don't seem to be able to create an Issue for my Private Team project. I was reading the kb article here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/KB/ArticleDet?ID=23, and it does mention that nobody will be able to see my Private Team issues, but when I go to create an issue, Private Team is not in the dropdown to create an issue for. Is there some setting that we don't have set?

Thank you for alerting us to this discrepancy. The KB article mentioned should not have included a mention of issues for the Private Team as that was never supported. We have updated the KB to properly reflect this. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
