Create an internal only KB
How can I create a KB category that is available only to people in IT? I create the category in Knowledge Base > Categories but the default is Public and Inherit Permissions. When I click Edit, those aren't things I can change.

Hi Mendi,
You may not have the necessary permissions on your Security Role if you can't edit the Category, go to the Permissions tab and uncheck the "Inherit Permissions" or "Public" boxes.
Do you have the Modify Categories permission on your Security Role?
