Mobile View & Location
Hi,
When looking at tickets in the mobile view it strips out room # location which is a custom attribute populated by our database. Can you tell me why and how we can get that info to stay so that the mobile view is beneficial to our consultants who are in the field?

Hi Kara,
For both the mobile and TDNext methods of viewing tickets, attributes will only show up in the ticket details page if it has a value. Do you know whether or not that field has a value on the ticket your technicians are looking at?
