Ticket Reporting - Group By Field
Is there a mechanism to group the results of reports? There's the ability to order by fields, but not to group by fields, e.g. grouping by classification would provide a visual break between incidents, changes, etc., as opposed to a simple order by classification, e.g.

- one
- two
- three

Hi David,
There is not a Group By mechanism for reporting currently. Any custom reports which you've created can always be exported to Excel though, and you should then be able to manipulate your reports using the full range of Excel tools available there. TeamDynamix does not have this feature at this time though.

Thank you. Would be a nice to have, but perhaps an even better option would be a way to import the data to Google Sheets, where we could construct our own dynamic dashboards.That's just thinking out loud though.

I vote for Google Sheets as well. Up until now I've used Excel pivot tables to group by responsible group and/or person, etc. And I've noticed Google Sheets doesn't translate pivot table data from Excel at ALL.
A group by option in native TDX would be nice - has anyone requested this formally as an enhancement?
By the way, I know you guys know how to! :-) It's possible in the My Work -> My Assignments option.
