PUB files being stripped out from Email to Tickets

We have noticed that office publisher (*.pub) files, are being stripped out from work orders when an email ticket creation is made and the file is attached initially.

I've check internally my exchange and I have no issues emailing this type of file within my environment.

Could the TD E-mail service app be stripping out this type of file?

We are currently using 8.4.10

Hi Carlos,

You can see a list of all supported email attachments by the email monitor by viewing this KB article. I can verify for you that *.pub file types are not on the supported list currently, so that would explain why it would not be attached to the ticket when it got created.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions about supported file attachments which the email monitor will accept when processing emails to create tickets.
