Emergency Time Type

Has anyone created a Time Type associated with handling emergency situations (as opposed to Tickets/Support, Operations, or Projects)?

Hi Raymond,

You can create a Time Type via the Admin application > Time & Expenses, and later choose when or how to use it. For example, if you are going to work on a ticket which deals with an emergency, just edit the ticket, go to the Time Accts tab, and select the emergency type. That time type can be used for projects or anything else which can track time if you need it to.

Is there a specific situation or place where you are trying to track emergency time against that I can better assist you with?
