Public Forms
I am eager to try out the 9.4.1 Public Forms capability. Andrew did a great demo on the subject but he started from a form that was already created. Any change of getting a KB article or some instructions starting from scratch?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi Billie,
Thank you for requesting an article about the Public request forms. I have created a request ticket to have an instructional article written about usage and setup of Public Forms. You will be notified from that ticket of it's creation, and will be informed when the article is written.
Thanks again for asking about it. In the mean time I will send your immediate request for instructions on creating Public Forms to Andrew so he can reach out to you.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you on this.
Sincerely,

Billie,
Is that service in your screen-shot a ticketing request service?
Public request forms are only available for ticket requests.

Thanks Mark. But I must be still missing something. Here is what I see @ Forms/Settings. Am I in the wrong place?

Billie,
You can actually view the information for making a Public Request form from any service which is a ticket request, and uses a custom form (so you can do this with a new service/form as well as existing ones). Go to the service, click the button to edit the service, select the Form section, then select the form Settings. There is a section on that page for Public Requestor Settings, and if you expand the help text for those options it will describe what those options all do.
Take a look at that information, and let me know if you have any further questions about the Public Forms capabilities.
Sincerely,
