Updating Users
What is the best way to keep our Users database up-to-date? I have new users that aren't appearing, and users with title changes that aren't reflected and I wasn't part of the project for the initial user load.

I don't see the button, I see Refresh, Edit, Backup Files buttons.

It would be in TDNext, go to the Admin application, and it is on the page for your organization's details. The very first page you see after selecting your BE when Admin first loads up. If you do have the access, that button is along the top of the details page for your organization in Admin.
We do have to grant this for admin users, so if you do not see it let us know. I will also talk to our Professional Services guys for their recommendations on getting users updated as they might have a better solution for you.

Where would I see "Import Settings" and if I don't see it - how would I add that? I'm the Admin for our site - but I don't see that option (unless I'm looking in the wrong place).

Hi David,
As an organizational admin, users can be imported using a spreadsheet which is provided in the Admin screen for the organization. If you are both an org admin and have access to "Import Settings", users can be imported, or updated in this method. Download the spreadsheet from the import page, there is information provided telling you how to use this spreadsheet. Use the Users page of the spreadsheet.
