Admin Help KB Articles

Any timeline on when the Admin Help KB articles will be completed? Many of these articles are blank. It would be very helpful to have this information available.

Hi Billie,

There are still many categories each with a handful of articles that need to be completed. Are there any areas specifically for which you are looking for information on? If so link me to the articles you are interested in and I will see to it that they get completed first as we work through these.

Thanks Mark. I'd say Ticketing Applications, Service Catalog, and Configuration Management would be the most helpful at this time.
