Web API to manage the values in a dropdown custom attibute in Tickets

Is there a web API that can manage the content of a custom attribute? if not where in the database schema are custom attributes

Hi Kevin,
I apologize for the delay in getting back on this one. After checking with our development folks internally they informed me that the API would not allow the activation/deactivation of possible attribute choices. I have contacted our Professional Services group to see who might be able to provide you with the database schema information necessary to manage the possible choices from a database level.

I will let you know what response I receive.

we are wanting to build a list of Courses at BYU-Idaho. They are currently housed in another system and would like them to updated regularly. So we would need to create new list items and make inactive ones that are not needed. This list would be around 300 or so. We are currently doing this manually but would like an automated process to updated this list. Notice the attachment.

Hi Kevin,

Can you tell me what types of managing actions you are wanting to perform on your custom ticket attributes via the APIs? This will help us best determine which one might suit your needs or whether there is an APi that can perform those actions at all.
