Is there only one scorecard for all service types in PPM?

I see that I can set up different services in PPM but it appears that I can only create one set of scorecard criteria for all services. Is this correct? Or what am I missing?

Yes, you are correct that the scorecard criteria is the same in each project. I can understand how this could potentially cause issues with differing types of projects/services.

It would be worth submitting this as an enhancement request to allow scorecard criteria to be chosen by project type. To do this, visit our Client Portal Home page and select the "Request a feature" button. Then, fill and submit the request form.

Hey Mark. Yes each project has only one scorecard, but its the same scorecard for each project. Is that correct? And by the same scorecard,  I mean its the same set of scorecard criteria for each project.  If this is correct, it presents a problem (in my view) because I can have projects from different services but I have to score all of the projects - no matter what service they are under according to one set of scorecard criteria and different services could easily require different scorecard criteria.
