Release 9.4 - Time charging to Project request

In the upcoming 9.4 release, there is a new feature where we can charge time towards a project request - can the time roll into the project details once the request gets converted into a project? Could you provide more details on this?

Hi Namrata,

Time logged against a project request is converted to project-level time once that request has been converted to a project. You can verify this by checking the actual hours section on the project details page of a newly approved project request.

Hi Cynthia,

In order to assign more resources to a submitted project request, you must have access to the Portfolio Planning application in TDNext, as it is not possible from TDClient.

How are resources be assigned to the project request once it is submitted via the Client Portal? I can't seem to be able to add resources in the preview version.
