You are able to view this information with a Project Report in the Analysis application, although the naming is not very intuitive. The Client Portal Visibility field of projects can be reported on with the Public? and Published? columns and/or filters. Below is a breakdown of the values for each:
- Visible to all users, even those that are not logged in: Public
- Only visible to logged in users: Not Public, Published
- Only visible to logged in users who are on the project or are listed as stakeholders: Not Public, Not Published
From what you have provided, it seems that you would like projects that are Public or Not Public and Not Published, which correspond to the first and third radio buttons.
