ADMIN - Security Roles - can you provide definitions for these permissions


I looked in the community and help for definitions and could not find it, can you define what limitations the below items take away when not checked please in ADMIN/Roles/Security Roles under ALL - Asking about View All Accts/dept , View All Application Instances in Analysis and view All Types

Hi Lisa,

The easiest way to get information on those permissions is by going to Admin>Roles>Security Roles and selecting any role, then click on the blue Help button at the top. This will bring up a page with details on each of the permissions that can be added to a user's account.

There is also actually a detailed permissions spreadsheet attached as a file on this Knowledge Base Article. Download and open the TeamDynamix Permissions and Modules Matrix (with Descriptions) TeamDynamix v9.x - 4.16.2015.xlsx file, then use the CTRL + F keyboard shortcut to search for the permissions you have listed in your question. Each one will have a detailed description of the permission.
