TD Reporting

Hello —

I am working on a project to clean up some of the “junk” we’ve created in TD over the last two years. I would like to create reports that may show how frequently (or the last time) the following features were used:

* Ticket Types
* Ticket Attributes
* Service Catalog items
* Request forms
* Last login by user

Would you be able to assist me in creating these types of reports?

Is there anything else I may want to report on?

Hi Michael,

While our reporting system is robust, we do not have filtering to determine the last time, or the frequency with which, a Ticket Type, Attribute, Service Catalog item, Request form, or user Login occurred. 

To accomplish your request, we would likely need to add report sources, aggregate options, and/or additional filtering to the current sources to add the "last used" or count the number of times those items were used. The User login report would necessitate a new report to be created, because currently we do not have a report on user activity as a collective. You can view individual user login activity by going to a user account in Admin>Users and selecting Usage from the left navigation panel.
