While our reporting system is robust, we do not have filtering to determine the last time, or the frequency with which, a Ticket Type, Attribute, Service Catalog item, Request form, or user Login occurred.
To accomplish your request, we would likely need to add report sources, aggregate options, and/or additional filtering to the current sources to add the "last used" or count the number of times those items were used. The User login report would necessitate a new report to be created, because currently we do not have a report on user activity as a collective. You can view individual user login activity by going to a user account in Admin>Users and selecting Usage from the left navigation panel.
