Required Custom Attributes in Ticket Templates
Is there a way to have blank required custom attributes when creating a ticket template? I am trying to create a ticket template but I cant leave a required field blank. The reason for creating the template is so that I can share it with our student workers and they wont have to worry about which ticket type and group to assign the ticket to, but would like to keep the required fields blank so that we can get that information when a customer is actually having an issue.

Hi Derik,
The only way to accomplish what you are looking for would be to set the fields to not required, create and save your templates, then go back into Admin and set them to required again.
