Can a report be run on the ScoreCard Criteria

We would like to report on the various Scorecard Criteria to see how often the choice associated to each criteria are used, it there a way to create such a report?

Hi John,

There are several scorecard criteria columns available to report on. You will want to go to the "Analysis" application and create a new "Projects and Requests" report. From here, you can choose from "Goals Score", "Risk Score", and "Scorecard Score" among others. Take a look at that report building option, and let us know if it provides the functionality you are looking for. If not, we will be happy to investigate some alternatives.

Thanks for the information/suggestions. We did indeed see those fields, but what we are looking for is a bit more granular. In our Scorecard Criteria, we have 5 items each with 3-4 options under each. If we wanted to see how many time that each option was selected for say question 3 (or any of the questions), is there a way to do that?
