Date Tracking

Hello,

 

I have a couple questions regarding functionality.

1.  Can the tool track changed due dates?

2.  Can the tool track item opened dates?

Hi Stacey,

1. Any time a change is made to a ticket/project/etc. a feed update will generate to register the change for that item. In this way, all changes or updates in progression are tracked and easy to locate. If you were looking to create a report specifically to track items that have had their due dates changed, that is going to be extremely difficult, if at all possible. There just isn't a good set reporting filters to accomplish that task.

2. The system does keep track of item creation date, and if you are meaning more specifically start dates for items, those will be tracked and searchable as well. It will just take the right set of filters to pull up your desired criteria.
