Document Workflow Step - Comments in Email Notification No Longer Appearing

We've had a user report the following:

"I don't know if this is a setting or something that changed with updates but when Felix used to reject or approve a document in the workflow his comments showed up in the Team Dynamix email below but now they don't. They do show up if you go into workflow history so he did make them but for some reason it is no longer in the email.

Any thoughts?"

I've attached two files. One is what the user sees when he opens the workflow history, the other is the actual email he received that is missing the comments.

Hi Jeanine,

This email notification is actually a configurable template, so it may have been edited/changed. You can change this notification template in the Admin tool by locating Notifications > Briefcase Notification  Templates > File Workflow Routed For Approval.

If this template is enabled, then email notifications for file workflow approvals will use the template that you have configured. Otherwise, it will default to the standard notification email for document workflow approvals. You should be able to ensure that update comments are included in the email by enabling the template and ensuring that the UpdateText template tag is inserted.
