ScoreCard as Optional

Can we make the scorecard criteria available to respond to but not required to be answered? Right not it is required with red asterics. We foresee the need to have this required for some service request but not all and were wondering about our options.

Hi Melissa,

You can disable the Scorecard section for project requests in Admin -> Projects -> Project/Requests Sections.

Here you can enable and disable sections for Projects or Project Requests. For requests, you have the option to enable for requestors and reviewers separately. Sections disabled for requestors will not show for the requestor when they are filling out the Request in the Service Catalog in the Client Portal. Sections disabled for Review will not show for reviewers who are approving requests in the Portfolio Planning application in Next.

You also have the option to rename sections to better represent the terminology of your organization.

Keep in mind that changes to these sections will be global but will only apply to all projects/requests going forward. This will not affect current projects/requests.
