Where to set 'responsible' in a ticket - SOAP API

Any suggestions?  Can this be done through the SOAP API?

Hi Suzanne,

Unfortunately this cannot be accomplished through the SOAP services as the SOAP services mainly provide a set of read-only actions. 

However, you can use the RESTful API to accomplish this. We recommend using the REST API instead of the SOAP services as we have ceased development on the SOAP services in lieu of developing the REST API.
