How do I create a report (maybe resource report) that states what a person worked on from now backwards to April of this year?

Hi Dawn,
Are you looking to see the actual items (tickets, tasks, issues) they worked on, or projects, or just the time?
We have several report sources that can pull each of these sorts of things individually and will require separate reports. You can try running an actual hours custom report that filters on user and date and sums the hours per item, but it will not give links to the items themselves, only the title.
Will that work?

There is a desire to see how a person has spent their time over the past six months. It does not have to be very detailed. If it could list something like Jane Doe spends 10 hours a week on help desk requests, 20 hours a week on project work and 10 hours a week on maintenance tasks.
I will try the suggestions you provided. If I am still in need after that I will write back.
