Custom Ticket Sections for Attributes

Not sure if this is the correct place to submit or if TDHE already has this request on the product roadmap.

I would like the ability to create sections for custom attributes for tickets so that we can organize by category and control their sequence within the section similar to the way project attributes and sections currently work. Drag n drop sequencing rather than numbered would be nice also (I think this might already be in the works for the next major version update).

Hi Will,

Have you tried using the custom internal forms for tickets? These give you the ability to choose which attributes and standard fields are available per ticket classification as well as offering drag-and-drop capability for ordering fields.

Internal forms are located in Admin -> Tickets -> Internal forms. Forms are separated by ticket classification and will apply to all new tickets and current tickets when editing.
