Does the requestor get a notification when submitting a ticket from service catalog?

Currently (as of 8.6.2) the requestor does NOT get a notification when doing this, however we are working on a feature for the next version of the product that will allow services to be configured so that the requestor will be notified when creating a ticket using either a form or the default user interface.
