How can I tell if a ticket has been recently commented on or edited without looking at ticket details?

When a ticket is modified in any way, the Modified Date information will be updated. Any ticket search or custom ticket report using the Modified Date column will be able to be ordered by the Modified Date, bringing the most recently modified to the top.
You can also use the Ticketing Feed and My Feed desktop modules to monitor updates made to tickets in your organization in real time.
