What is a ticketing group?

Designating a group as a "ticketing" group allows the group to be displayed in the Groups page in the ticketing application. This provides a convenient way to access group members and see which members are working on which items. Users not part of a ticketing group will still be displayed in the "Other People" section on the groups page. Non-ticketing groups can still be assigned work as normal.
