Question about why an ex-user is still receiving TD notifications

According to the attached email, Joseph Danko, a student at Manhattan is still receiving notifications from TeamDynamix after being converted to a customer. Why?

Hi Richard,

After looking into some of the tickets the specified user was being notified on, we noticed that they were all sending out SLA warning notifications. It turns out that your customer user is part of a distribution email included on an SLA warning notification.
