replying to an old project email: unsuccessful

It seems that replying to an older email from TeamDynamixHE does not update TeamDynamixHE. Is that amount of elapsed time configurable by administrators? Does that configuration control both replies to project and ticket email?

Reply tokens included with TD notifications expire after 60 days. That is not something we have exposed to be configurable by clients.
