Active Directory Upgrade

Hi,

We are on hosted SaaS client and we authenticate our Team Dynamix users against our own active directory. We are planning to change our active directory domain and forest functional level from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2 sometime in late September. We are trying to be proactive and check with our service providers to see if that would cause any problems with externally hosted applications. Can you tell me if you are aware if that change will cause any problems with Team Dynamix?

Hi Tom,

Upgrading to Windows Server 2008 R2 should not cause any issues with us simply by upgrading. Once the upgrade is finished, you will still need to double-check that everything still connects correctly, but we are not aware of any inherent issues with that version of Windows Server.
