Unlocking A User Account

If user fails 10 or more login attempts in a row, their account becomes locked as a security measure. TeamDynamix administrators can unlock these accounts from the users' profile pages. To unlock a user's account:

  1. Expand the folder for your company.
  2. Navigate to "Users."
  3. Click the name link of the user whose account your wish to unlock from the user list. This will open the user profile page for that user.
  4. Click the "Unlock Account" button.
