If user fails 10 or more login attempts in a row, their account becomes locked as a security measure. TeamDynamix administrators can unlock these accounts from the users' profile pages. To unlock a user's account:
- Expand the folder for your company.
- Navigate to "Users."
- Click the name link of the user whose account your wish to unlock from the user list. This will open the user profile page for that user.
- Click the "Unlock Account" button.
