Who can use this feature?
- Users with access to Work Management (TDNext) and the Projects application can view this report.
- Available on TDX Work Management
The Time Summary Report is a Projects application report that displays the time that project members have recorded against tasks, issues, and any time off for a given time period.
- Time does not need to be approved or submitted to be included in this report, only entered.
- Only active projects and Active users are included in this report.
Viewing the Time Summary Report
To view this report:
- In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
- Click the Projects application tile.
- Under the Time Reports section of the navigation menu, click Time Summary Report.
- (OPTIONAL) Adjust the fields as needed.
- Project/Workspace
- By default, the report will show any Project/Workspace you have access to.
- Clicking a Project/Workspace in this field narrows the report down to just that item.
- To select multiple items, press and hold the CTRL key while clicking Project/Workspace rows.
- Shown/Not Shown
- This report can be viewed by project, user, time type, item, or any combination of the four.
- Use the arrow buttons between the fields to move items from the Shown or Not Shown fields or to adjust the order they appear on the report.
- Dates
- Click Run Report.
