Time Summary Report

The Time Summary Report is a Projects application report that displays the time that project members have recorded against tasks, issues, and any time off for a given time period.

  • Time does not need to be approved or submitted to be included in this report, only entered.
  • Only active projects and Active users are included in this report.

Viewing the Time Summary Report

To view this report:

  1. In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
  2. Click the Projects application tile.
  3. Under the Time Reports section of the navigation menu, click Time Summary Report.
  4. (OPTIONAL) Adjust the fields as needed.
    • Project/Workspace
      • By default, the report will show any Project/Workspace you have access to.
      • Clicking a Project/Workspace in this field narrows the report down to just that item.
        • To select multiple items, press and hold the CTRL key while clicking Project/Workspace rows.
    • Shown/Not Shown
      • This report can be viewed by project, user, time type, item, or any combination of the four.
      • Use the arrow buttons between the fields to move items from the Shown or Not Shown fields or to adjust the order they appear on the report.
