Who can view basic project information as a Stakeholder?

Access to view basic project information in the client portal depends on [Project Name] > Manage > Settings > Client Portal Visibility.

  • If "This project will be visible to all users, even those that are not logged in." is selected: 
    • Anyone who accesses your portal can view - does not require authentication
    • This also requires that the Projects section be marked as Visible or Auto in TDAdmin under [Client Portal Application Name] > Settings > Public Client Portal Sections
  • If "This project will only be visible to logged in users with the "View Projects" permission." is selected: 
    • Any authenticated user with a Client Portal Security Role that includes View Projects can view
  • If "Users who are added to a project as a Stakeholder." is selected:
    • Only specific users who are listed as Stakeholders on a Project can view
