- Can we upload a custom font for use in the long description of a service?
- Are we limited to the WYSIWYG font list?

- Technician or higher access to the Client Portal
- Individual or Group ownership of an article AND "Edit Owned Articles" permission OR
- Always Edit Articles permission
- Knowledge Base is visible in the Client Portal
Answer
No, at this point you cannot upload or reference fonts that are not listed in the Font dropdown menu in the WYSIWYG editor for the knowledge base or for service description pages.
