Using AI Knowledge Stores

This introduction will help users to learn about the AI Knowledge store capabilities within TeamDynamix CAI. This feature gives CAI users additional control over data & privacy when it comes to content reference-able by generative AI.

Overview

For organizations that have already got an existing source of knowledge content indexed in a vector database, or for orgnaizations that prefer to have complete control over data as it relates to AI usage, AI Knowledge Stores for CAI are the answer. With AI Knowledge Stores, we allow our clients with existing vector databases with popular solutions, or net-new ones to be spun up and utilized with our AI Knowledge Set capabilities for delivering generative CAI.

Where to Find This

This feature appears underneath the Administration header on the navigation toolbar.

Once navigated to, a table of currently available knowledge stores is shown to the user. From this view, users may create new, delete, or manage existing knowledge stores

AI Knowledge Stores Capabilities

Once navigated to the AI Knowledge Stores screen, users may test, add, delete, and modify their environment's Knowledge Stores. When adding a knowledge store, users need only follow the simple dialog provided by entering a name, description, and then required fields depending on the type. The vendors currently supported for 'bring your own knowledge store' capabilties are: Azure Cosmos DB, Azure AI Search, Azure Mongo DB. and Pinecone.
