Overview
In Conversational A.I, users have the ability to generate Q&A pairs from publicly available websites.
How to Generate Q&A pairs
Some contextual information about the instructions. Example instructions:
- In the Conversational A.I Platform, go to the bot application you want to import Q&A pairs to
- On the left navigation menu select Intents
- In the upper right, there is a drop down with 3 bars, this is referred to as the More Options Menu
- Hover over the drop down and select Generate Q&As
- A dialog will open, either paste a publicly available url into the Content URL box or copy and paste content into the Content section.
- Select the number of Q&A pairs to generate
- Click Next

NOTE each of these q/a pairs and utterances are generated by an LLM, note that there is no certainty that the generated text will be relevant or appropriate, please review
- Select the number of utterances, and test utterances to generate
- Once reviewed, click Create Intents
